The Epson Runsense SF-710 is a GPS runners watch with in-built stride sensor – reviewed and tested by Tristan Haskins. The SF-710 is the  third model up in a range of 4 products in Epson’s Runsense line. The SF-710 takes the SF-510 and adds a Waypoint alarm and more advanced alti-metric data. Just like the SF-510 this model includes an internal STRIDE SENSOR. This sensor adds stride length, pitch (strides per minute) and will continue monitoring your running speed & distance in the event of GPS signal loss (under trees or indoors etc). If you want heart rate monitoring you will also need the optional HRM chest strap (or any Bluetooth 4.0 HR sensor).
