Fitbit Activity Trackers & Fitness Bands

Fitbit News >> The latest addition to the Fitbit range of activity trackers are the Fitbit Alta HR and the Fitbit Ionic with built-in GPS & wrist based heart rate. In April 2018 Fitbit released their stylish new Fitbit Versa. Check the prices of the Fitbit Versa at Amazon - review to follow asap.

Fitbit have come a long way in a fairly short time. Their products are user friendly, high quality and fun. They believe that although fitness is a serious business, keeping fit should be fun and for everyone. Their products are aimed at the person who simply wants to be a fitter and more active person. A Fitbit customer is probably standing just 2 metres from you right now.

Strapless Heart Rate Watches

Taking lead from the innovators of strapless heart rate monitoring, Mio, Fitbit have added a line of Activity Trackers that acquire heart rate DIRECTLY from your wrist. This innovation removes the need for a heart rate monitor chest strap. They have several fitness bands that include off the wrist heart rate including the Fitbit Versa, Fitbit IonicFitbit Blaze, Alta HR and the Fitbit Charge 2 reviewed here

Obsolete Fitbit Products

The Fitbit Charge, Fitbit Charge HR and Fitbit Surge are all discontinued products. They no longer benefit from firmware upgrades meaning they may soon become incompatible with newer smartphones etc. We would recommend buying current Fitbit products like the Charge 2, Blaze, Alta, Alta HR and Ionic.
